Why don't you just read the news? Then you would be better informed.
I generally don’t have time for that, nor is it of the highest priority for me. Between school, social relationships and hobbies I rarely find myself feeling the need to read the news. The only news I read is the entomological journal, which is a subject I find more intriguing and important. Also I don’t understand politics very well —which is, from my experience, the most covered topic by the news. My inherent lack of understanding of politics lead to a disinterest in the subject, as I feel I don’t understand the foundational facts. I am trying to better in this department, but for the time being it is a roadblock for me.Why don't you just read the news? Then you would be better informed.
Trying to better yourself is the key, so good job. Politics have become very confusing indeed for the uninformed (probably on purpose), so the more work you put in the better. The worst outcome is never learning and thus becoming easily fooled by politicians who prey on the uninformed (like our incoming second term president).I generally don’t have time for that, nor is it of the highest priority for me. Well, if you want to be better in understanding something, the first thing to do is to educate yourself. You're in school, so I get it - but once you're out of school, you're entirely responsible for your own education. Learning can be a lifelong habit and you can choose to grow that habit now.I generally don’t have time for that, nor is it of the highest priority for me. Yes that was partly what I mean when I said I should conduct further research. But you are correct and I will read up more. Although I will do it selectively because certain political subjects I find very boring, like economics. I think a good starting point for me is climate change related politics, because of my interest in ecology. Anyway I’m a bit of topic here so I’ll say this: I hope Adrian is doing alright and that these fires may stop.Well, if you want to be better in understanding something, the first thing to do is to educate yourself. Even small houses in that area with around 1500-2000 square ft go for upwards of 5 million. And the footprint can be misleading. Many of those homes built on hillsides can be 2 and even 3 levels. Here's the first video btw.
And the second.
Not to move the subject away from a serious situation but his house looks surprisingly modest for a millionaire rock star.
I would be too. His wife seems absolutely lovely (and a social backbone of the touring spouses) but this kind of video for social media is dumb.Adrian seemed mildly annoyed.
