RUN FOR YOUR LIVES 2026

It always annoys me a bit when Janick’s contribution gets so little recognition. As a songwriter, but also his stage presence.
That helps Maiden so much with young fans who laugh at the ‘old blokes’ from AC/DC, Judas Priest, Scorpions… who apparently fall asleep almost standing up.
The fact that Janick is so active - Bruce is also relatively active, and Adrian has, of course, been dancing more lately than he used to - cannot be overestimated when it comes to how Maiden is perceived by young fans.
As a young fan you have nailed that statement.

Knebworth merch is on sale on the website for those of us who didn't want to queue for hours.
And for those who could not be arsed to go! :nana:

Thanks for the heads-up!

So I ordered the Eddfest programme and finally got it yesterday. It looks nice and features some good pictures of the "Museum" items that were on display at Knebworth. There is quite a bit of Classic Rock/Metal Hammer magazine recycling (including a piece on Bruce's WWI flight at Sonisphere 2014 that was published that year), but also some new interviews.

As it is always the case, in pure Iron Maiden quality control fashion, there is a picture of Bruce from Sonisphere 2010 with the figure caption claiming it to be from Sonisphere 2014! I wonder if there is anyone who checks these things before they go to print.

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I have a ticket for the September 6th show in Harrison NJ for sale. It's a Megadeth Merch package that includes early entry and a pit ticket. Unfortunately I am unable to go. I can't resell on Ticketmaster because they only let you sell the ticket itself but I do have confirmation from OneLive that I can transfer the entire package, to just give them the new ticket owner's info. I paid $400 for it. I'd like to get my money back if possible but I'm negotiable. Not looking to make money off of this, I just hate to see the ticket go to waste. I have references from the Metallica forums if anyone is a member there as well. Please message me if you are interested.
