Steve said because he doesn't want the attention to be on him, but on the Blaze band.

Seeing Dave and him talking a lot (also mentioning Blaze) always makes me smile. All of them. Simon is also more prominent. It's going to be a really fun day, they'll probably release some recap video from it.

The tempo is ok to me.

Its worse (imo) than 2022 (last pre nickos stroke tour).

Its faster. A bit but yes it is. No idea why they played like this without adrian. Simon is good but i still think the band is missing something...Idk ....

They need to sound more alive. I miss that liveliness they had (maybe is the tempo idk).

I still find the tempo of the songs a bit sluggish, even though they’ve picked up the pace a little in recent shows.

The drumming obviously plays a huge role. As some of us have pointed out before: it's the swing. Simon is just a drummer, nothing special. The swing in Maiden is gone.
