Seeing the comments online defending the ICE agents actions is horrendous. There's literally nothing the MAGAs won't defend.

I've seen footage from 2 angles so far:

She was clearly trying to get away.

Yes the ICE agent did get slightly bumped by the car. Trump is trying to say he was basically ran over and it's a miracle he's alive
No that doesn't justify shooting her in the head. You don't get to place yourself in danger (at the front corner of a car) and then use the danger you placed yourself in to justify the use of deadly force.

This is Trumps America though. So no doubt he'll be celebrated as a hero by the right.
 
Did they even have the authority to apprehend her - to order her out of her car? They're supposed to be immigration enforcement, not traffic wardens ...

"Law enforcement" of any kind under Trump is basically state-sponsored thuggery, it appears :(

Why you bring that up? Both killings were awful and disgusting, there’s nothing to argue.

I saw the video, you don’t shoot people like this the stance of Trump & Vance on the matter is disgusting.

PS: what is wrong this country? People should be on the streets over this

People lost their jobs because they "celebrated" Kirk's death. Even folks who just said "I don't really care about what happened" or "sucks for his family, another victim of gun culture" lost their jobs and received death threats.

Now the same people are openly rejoycing and celebrating state sanctioned murder of innocent US citizens.
 
Even if you voted for Trump, you can’t defend what happened in Minnesota. An unarmed woman was shot three times in the head. She was trying to drive away—not straight into an ICE officer. I see zero justification for what happened. And the way Trump, Vance, and others are trying to portray it is disgusting. All they should have said is something along the lines of: condolences to the family, an investigation is underway regarding the killing and a possible abuse of authority, etc.

I also seriously doubt that the lives of Trump voters have improved financially so far—unless you’re a very bitter and miserable person who actually enjoys watching the domestic and global situation spiral out of control.
