The first time I saw that cover I didn´t like it.
The second time I saw it, it was creepy.
Now I kinda like it, it´s cult.

Definitely, iconic, a great cover, distinctive and memorable.

The story was, that the artist was wanted by Sabbath and Ozzy, and obviously with the bad blood he thought couldn't do both, so he submitted a "shit" one on purpose to Sabbath hoping they'd say no as he wanted to do the Ozzy album
