Someone turned the snow back on this morning. And my manager is off ill, which apparently means I'm picking up her not insubstantial role, plus manning the office singlehanded. This takes the mickey, since I've supposedly been given promotion twice over now and not paid anything extra for the privilege.
 
I don't see why you're complaining. You have received more responsibilities, after all. What more could you expect? :p
 
Oh, good morning. One knows when he's ready to get out of bed, such a thing cannot be rushed.

Just now I realized I subconsciously fulfilled both my wishes from my previous post.
Even more, there was a sausage involved too!
 
I'm trying to deal with an allergic reaction (probably to sudden change of temperatures) which led to severe burn and redness around my mouth. My upper lip looks like a snapshot from Atacama Desert. And I took part in a oratorio about Gallipoli Campaign (today is the 98th anniversary of the Turkish win) today presented by my classroom. Fucking hell.
 
Yesterday was a good day. I saw the local QMJHL team, the Halifax Mooseheads. Three of their players are likely to be drafted to the NHL in the first round this year, and a fourth was a 2nd round selection of the Detroit Red Wings last year. They are the best team in their league and watching them was incredible.
