RUN FOR YOUR LIVES 2026

Best footage of Janick's new signature Strat on stage. As I said before, the middle pickup seems to be changed for Hot Rails, otherwise it looks completely stock. This seemed to be the test run for this guitar, as you can see Janick going to Alan again and again presumably to adjust the guitar strap. But, he seems to be pretty happy with it at the beginning of the solo section.

So FOTD Eddie makes a short appearance in the screen for the song after all. Cool.

What a song this is live! So happy they did something unexpected. Imagine if they play/ed even more deep cuts over the years. New album + deep cuts + some classics is the best scenario in most cases.

For the next tour (let's say no new album, basically RFYL 2?), they could play stuff like: Evil (not played during the current tour, one of Steve's favorite songs), Only The Good Die Young (why not, Steve likes it), Revelations, Running Free, Brave New World, Wicker Man, Dance Of Death, Paschendale, a surprise from the Blaze era (Steve said he likes to play some songs from it again), deeper from the 80s would be Land, Boots, Still Life...

Im 100% sure that if we dont get an album and i think they are not going to record with simon, they are going to tour and play songs from all the albums and most of them that we haven listen live in years or never. Steve said he wanted to play some songs again so has to be something rare from 80s 90s or since reunion

I don't think that they'll record another album. So, for the next tour it makes sense that they play some 80s songs they didn't play for years (or songs that they didn't include in the RFYL tour at least) and also some reunion stuff.

This photo comes from Bruce’s personal archive. It shows him as a tourist visiting the legendary land of Brobdingnag, home of the giants.

Apparently, Bruce became a little too comfortable, wandered away from the guided tour group, and climbed onto the desk of a giant scholar. At the time, the giant was away, but soon emerged from another cavernous room, sat down at the desk, and began scribbling giant-sized prophecies.

Bruce had no choice but to pretend he was a decorative statuette that had been gathering dust on the table for centuries.

The photo was taken by his wife, Leana, who - along with the rest of the tourists - had taken refuge inside an extravagantly oversized teapot in the kitchen. From Bruce’s rigid pose and silent lip-syncing, she immediately understood that he was calling for help:

‘Yeah, oh…’ (The giant has appeared.)

‘Help me…’ (Bruce begins silently mouthing for assistance while maintaining the posture of a nightmarishly stiff statuette.)

‘Help me to find my true self without seeing the future…’ (At this point he is negotiating with his wife, who now possesses tremendous leverage to secure various concessions and desirable changes in her husband’s behavior.)

‘Save me…’ (Bruce is becoming genuinely desperate.)

‘Save me from torturing myself even within my dreams… ow.’ (Bruce becomes excessively theatrical.)

At one point, the giant considered dipping his writing quill into the strange murmuring statuette to replenish the ink. Bruce would have found himself in serious trouble, and somewhere deep in the recesses of her mind, Leana was not entirely opposed to seeing how that situation might unfold.

Fortunately, the giant suddenly heard some mystical summons and retreated into the depths of his cave-like residence.

Bruce immediately rejoined the guide, and together with his wife and the other wealthy tourists, safely departed the land of the giants.

To commemorate what he later described as the third birthday of his life, he cast his vote for ‘Infinite Dreams’ to be included on the current tour.

THE END.

I sincerily doubt money is the primary motivation for a bunch of rich 70-year olds to be out there touring and travelling.
During flight 666 documental steve explains that. They are now becuase they want, and they are bigger than 80s maybe. Or at least they are well known again.
