Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

This article says that they ll play the biggest show of their history in knebworth LOL not even close to the biggest one

The Rock in Rio shows were obviously bigger but those were festivals, not Maiden shows.
Knebworth is the largest undertaking they've taken for a single show, if I'm not mistaken.

In 2017 they sold 14,405 tickets, and in 2019 14,662.
I don’t know how fast sales were from the start, but they ended up with roughly the same both times. They will beat those numbers this year.
No doubt. Generally the lawn sells heavy during walk-up/day of sales anyway, but it's all that's left right now with seven months until show date. I'd say they might be close to eclipsing those marks right now or might have already done so.

And it's always "I heard it from a guy that heard it from another guy that has inside information." And then people repeat like it's a fact
Its true i have read it now. I think its only rumours but is weird that they said it now.

Record attendance for a concert at Allianz stadium Sydney is 41000 by Travis Scott. Almost 25000 saw Future Past in Sydney.

In Melbourne Marvel holds 53000 for concerts, Lepps Crue did 33000. AAMI stadium is 30000 capacity, more appropriate? Again almost 25000 saw FP.

Leppard Crue sold 19000 in Brisbane at the Suncorp stadium, holds 50000 for concerts. Brisbane showgrounds can do 40k for concerts. Can Maiden sell that many tickets in a city with urban population of 4.1 million? Or just do the arena as did 10000 on FP?

Adelaide and Perth arena shows? Perth HBF stadium can do 35000 for concerts but my friend who lives there says may not be demand to fill.

So 3 to 6 Oz New Zealand shows, 2 /3 Japan, 2/3 India, maybe 1 South East Asia? About 11 total? With Megadeth, should sell strongly.

Fingers xx one date works for me as live in Bangkok.

If Maiden play any of those stadiums they won't come close to selling them out, but they likely would think if they can set records for those cities it's still a win.

Like if they pull off 30k in Melbourne, that will be more than 2 arena shows there.

I think they do some indoors in Brisbane, Perth and two mid-size stadiums in Melbourne and Sydney. Probably they'll visit NZ too (indoors) and two shows in Tokyo, probably Saitama Arena (domed stadium). With Megadeth as the target support the tour with 7 dates should do well in terms of sales. Over 100k summary should be OK.

Rumors are coming in there will be 3 Australian shows and no NZ dates, if this ends up being true it shows their commitment to wanting to being a stadium band moving forward
