Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

People should think of VXI's anniversary at every moment. In fact, we should start a new way of counting years. Instead of BC/AD or BCE/CE we should use BV/AV for all things Maiden. :D
You're way too limited in your thinking. The world should use BV/AV as the universal dating system.

Also, Milan is rumored to have a change of location (this one sounds more plausible)
Really? If that ends up happening I cannot wait to read the press release from Rod, after the original tour announcement:

Rod Smalwood said:
Besides Eastern Europe we will also play some stadium shows in regions we missed in Germany (Hannover), France (Lyon-Décines) and Italy, the latter at Milan’s legendary San Siro Stadium, home of both AC and Inter Milan and we will, I am told, be the first ever Metal band to play there. It’s always great to break more new ground – even after all these years!!

I read it many times on social media but now I've heard it from a reliable source (although I can't ask where he did hear that).

They've trimmed down the seats and blocked the sales for the pitch, meaning they're desperate to sell tickets. Apparently it's going to go down in history as the least attended show held at that stadium. Makes sense if they want to avoid the bad pr and move the show somewhere else.

Of course San Siro doesn't sell well as the tickets are overpriced as hell. The Bologna date last year suffered from the same problem and also wasn't sold out.

Are you talking about Padova? Because Padova was sold out in the end (not that matters much, since it's half the capacity for San Siro)
Yes, Padova... It didn't look packed to me.

Anyways, the prices of concerts in Italy are a joke. That's why, despite living nearby, I rather go to other nearby concerts.

They could do to get it sorted in terms of San Siro or not, i have tickets for standing there and was thinking of getting flights and hotels sorted soon.

The official boxscore said it was sold out, 37k something if I remember correctly

I've seen 200€ for a ticket, that's crazy high for non-vip sections.

Unless they cancel it the show will happen in Milan anyway. No chance they're moving it around the country.

Prices are the main reason, I think they overestimated the demand a lot. I'm wondering if they announce shows in Asia and Oceania at all.

Maiden gigs used to be among the most sensibly priced ones out there. At least until this tour.
Shame to see them get greedy in their late age.
I might be cynical (age does that to a man), but since I do not see them coming to their senses and lowering prices in next tours, I hope this tour will somehow undersell enough to make them think twice before fleecing fans again.
