I have a feeling what will be announced soon are not the initial plans. It made so much sense to believe world tour 2025/2026 meants shows in Europe in 2025, then the rest.
I believe that there is something that has changed in the meantime.

What changed is that this is their biggest tour and if they won't do a 3rd leg, another run of European shows makes sense. Big anniv, big tour.

Idk if it's the full version, but the new tour poster with the references suggest that the set will be exactly the same, not that we didn't know it.
It's cool, I mainly like it because of the colors. Is it better than the 2025 one? I guess the colors. It seems Rime, Seventh Son and Powerslave are the central elements. Again, destruction depicted in the art.

I don't think they'll change setlist, only thing I think they did wrong with the set, rather thing they could've done is playing Tailgunner rather than Aces, cause it's easier to sing, all 9 albums would be covered, bringing a old song back, with Bruce's rn voice could sound amazing.

Correct, no setlist changes i imagine ,i really hope if we get Athens confirmed in a few hours we get more dates too today.

i imagine no setlist changes but i wish and pray that for only athens gig, they play alexander. cause that's a big hole in history. just change the screen with the backdrop image for alexander (or the tshirt image) and play it, who cares if it's %100 perfect. greeks deserve to hear that song live in full.

It is a single, but song actually is over 6 minutes, Alexander with it's intro is over 8 minutes. Idk if 2 minutes (to midnight) is big of a difference.

So, the tour will likely start around 17th of May. Also the rumoured start in an arena in Sofia looks likely IMO. If they copy what they did last year, I think the tour could start in Sofia on 19th, followed by the possible 2nd show on 20th. They will almost for sure start in an arena because of production run throughs. Also starting in Bulgaria makes most logistical sense.

It would be so unlike them but it would be a damn fine thing to do.

As for the announcement, I'm a tad torn. I went 3 times on the first leg. If they play local (Belfast/Dublin) I'll definitely go but would I travel to see this show again? One part of me says na but there's another part screaming at me that it's probably my last chance to see Killers, Rime, 7th Son and who knows, maybe their last ever tour.
