I think there is a chance they play both 7th Son and Rime then...
 
Now begins my attempt to not get spoiled before the London date, as for once I want to go in blind to a show. I have muted/unfollowed the band and the news outlets likely to cover the setlist and will avoid the forum until then, but I fear the Youtube algorithm will wind up spoiling some things for me.

Comes out to 14 songs if including Beast, Hallowed, Trooper, Fear and IM as the 'biggest hits.' I think we're on for 2 or 3 songs beyond that, because a lot of these songs aren't particularly long ones.

Good luck! I was super excited for the Future Past tour and wanted to go blindly into it too. First show of the tour, and it hadn't even gone 24 hours before my first recommended videos on YouTube were live recordings of Alexander the Great and Death of the Celts hahahahahaha

If that's true, I'd be so disappointed, tbh. Just 3 deep cuts (even with a potential for like two more). And no songs from SIT and NPFTD, sad. I really hope it's not true. And I thought Rime was certain. Seventh Son would make ME tour even less interesting.

I've seen some of them already, but at this point I'll take any semi-interesting deep-ish cuts. Funnily enough I feel more strongly about certain songs that I don't want to see.
 
I do think Wrathchild could perhaps just be a throwaway song just to make sure the FoH mix is right. Always seemed like one they can just dial up and play on the fly. Didn't Flight 666 the documentary feature them playing it for Mumbai's soundcheck despite it not appearing in the setlist until the following year?

Looking at what's got an atmospheric intro or requires an intro tape as is, logically it'd be either Wrath or Number of the Beast. Powerslave would be too out of place as an opener. Unless they went with a new tape for a song or messed around with an intro a bit - in which case I could picture Killers working especially if they go overboard with the CO2/pyro.

I mentioned in first comment that there will be one more song from killers, so they are opening with murders.
 
anyone going to Bratislava this sunday? some meet up? … I have tickets for VIP Trooper because the gig was sold out in 20 minutes… it would be nice to meet before the gig in a pub or in VIP lounge… opening at 18.00… instructions for VIP Trooper were delivered through the e-mail this morning…
