Does anyone know where I can get the Tab chart for this song? It sounds fairly simple. If someone knows please post the Tab or Chord chart.

I suggest you figure out the chords yourself! 
If you've got a desire for guitarplaying, then you will find this much better for your development as a guitarplayer. Try to find the feeling off the song, don't just play the chords someone else figured out. Musicianship is about so much more than just hitting a given tone or chord. Make the music live, damnit! I'm fed up with kids learning tabs by heart and then call themselves guitarists.
