Yep, some of the votes are still astounding. And again, there's way too much Maiden bias on this forum (yes I know it's a Maiden forum). The thing is that most of the non-Maiden songs are the best of those bands, and while the Maiden songs are really good, they aren't Maiden's best. So to see songs like Painkiller, Stargazer, Sentinel, Jerusalem, Burnt Offerings all have more votes than half of the Maiden songs just shocks me. I'd even put Metropolis over a bunch of the Maiden songs and I don't like DT overall.
 
I won't vote for a Maiden song if I don't think it deserves to be voted for. I'm not voting/not voting because it's Iron Maiden, I do it because I like the songs better.

Metropolis is one of the best songs on the list, by the way.
 
Yeah, then I'd have to assess whether or not I prefer them to the songs that I know considerably better. It's only a game, so it doesn't really matter if I can be bothered to listen to whatever number of songs or not. ;)
 
To ignore (in past and future!) songs like Stargazer, The Sentinel & Beyond the Realms of Death! T... Th... Tha... That... That must be the most unbelievable thing I have read here for ages! Beyond the Realms of Imagination! The Scent is Null! Marsgazer!

One listening would be enough to seriously consider to not vote for these songs. At least not yet, because they own, dude. Two of these are nothing short of legendary material. How is it possible for a metalhead to not know these songs, or are you perhaps kidding me? The 3rd, The Sentinel, is an exciting song, full of tension, with -for Priest even- lots of changes. Must tries. Well, you have even more days to try them, because they will survive a bit longer than this round.

Usually if I come across a song I don't know, I just ignore it and vote for what I don't like. Have to agree with Foro; voting for Stargazer should be a mortal sin.
