This doesnt make sense without unlimited votes. If we can only vote for 3 then the "more than half votes increase" will not be correct because I could want to vote for a song that I prefer to a song above it but I can't because I don't have enough votes. So even though the majority of people might prefer it to the song above it, it might end up losing.
