Yesterday, 16th of June, Megadeth, Slayer, Metallica and Anthrax played on one stage in the Sonisphere festival in Poland, for the first (and not last) time in history.

On 22nd of June it will happen again in Sofia, Bulgaria and this time it is going to be broadcast live in HD to selected theaters all around the world (but not in Israel, of course... <_<).

Get you tickets here:

There are going to be more appearances in the future by The Big Four in coming Sonisphere festivals around Europe.

I don't know what about you guys, but I'm waiting for the movie to be leaked online!

I REALLY hope this comes to the USA!!!

They did a broadcast to theaters not too long ago and it was edited, but the upcoming one is going to be live hey? Hopefully they'll show the entire performances.

They are going to broadcast the entire show live even in theaters around the US, so enter the website and check if you have one near you :smartarse:

Yeah, it's also some hundreds of kms away and our car is in the shop. Otherwise...

The closest one is Halifax; I live on the north coast of Nova Scotia, about 3 hrs by car away.

The <facepalm> was because LC had just explained why he could NOT go ... and then you acted like he said he was going.

And pilau, if you're joking, use a :) or something like it. Because without that ... <facepalm>.

I'm far from a Slayer fan, but I heard a rumor that they might retire soon.  Unless it's from Tom Araya's bad back I don't see why they would, they aren't that old...and the other Big Four bands all have strong futures ahead so I don't understand why Slayer would want to retire yet.

I saw them in my country. (Turkey) That was really good. Megadeth had sound problems so it wasn't so good. Slayer was good. Anthrax was fun. They had fun on stage. Metallica was the best performer. They have a lot of huge fans in Turkey. They love Turkey also. Crowd was so loud and they sang every song.

I don't think Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax will come in next 4 years but Metallica will come in next 2 years. They were here in 2008. 2008-2010-2012 I think.
