JUSTIN HAWKINS Explains Why STEVE HARRIS's BRITISH LION Withdrew From THE DARKNESS U.K. Tour
Last month, BRITISH LION, the side project of IRON MAIDEN bassist and founder Steve Harris, withdrew from the previously announced U.K. tour with THE DARKNESS, citing "completely unacceptable" tour "protocols." I hope eveyone in the band will be OK until the London gig
Most bands are trying to get silent or near to silent back lines nowadays. The amps will be behind the curtains but I would imagine that they will be fairly smaller and miked up for the PA.I'm not an expert but…is it all the equipment needed to play in a pub? I mean all the monitors, the amps backdrops…
There will be an interview with Steve about Senjutsu in the upcoming FC magazine, if I'm not mistaken. I hope someone will share it here too.I'd like to read something about Senjutsu from Steve

'Arry lost about 5 cm of his hairline or something. Not important, but a striking difference.this is the only video I found from the current BL tour. there seems to be no ordinary stage with a height or sth. like they are in our living house. really interesting!
That The Darkness interview raises more questions than it answers imo. That level of quarantining described is pretty aggressive. Not saying I disagree with it, but it is a little beyond “all we’re asking is for you to get tested every day.” I could see a fully vaccinated and even generally covid cautious person being adverse to those policies. Definitely a few steps beyond “we had to drop British Lion because Steve is an anti vaxxer.”

I’ve definitely put on a few Covid 19’s myself, so I can’t blame the guy.I didn't notice that but noticed that he has put on some weight.
Anyway, it is nice to see him on stage. Let’s hope normal service will resume soon and we will see him live with Maiden in 2022.
I noticed that too but didn't want to say this in one post. ;--)I didn't notice that but noticed that he has put on some weight.
