According to Amazon.com, RUSH's long-awaited new album, "Clockwork Angels", will be released on May 29 in the U.S. via Roadrunner Records and in Canada through Anthem/Universal Music. The CD will be made available in Japan on May 23 via Warner Music.

I read something on the Rush forum about how Alex Lifeson said that there will be some longer songs. I also read something about there being 8-10 songs.

So bitchin'. I'm taking a day off of school for this. I saw them last summer, and they are seriously one of the best live bands ever. Only concert that's topped it is Guns N' Roses a few weeks ago.

There are supposedly a few long songs on this one. Seeing as most of my favorite songs are long, I am satisfied.

The official artwork apparently leaked.

Oh well that explains the rumors about Signals being played in its entirety. One of my least favorite Rush albums, I hope it doesn't happen.

I dunno, I've tried many times to get into it and I can't. My least favorite of the synth era. Its got awesome songs like Analog Kid Losing It and Subdivisions, but for the most part, meh.

Here it is:

Love the build-up and melodies and the violin surely attributes to the atmosphere and also to the rhythm.
