We've hit a slump. This one is not particularly great or interesting either, but it's a bit more consistent than The Assassin, for what that's worth.
The intro does nothing for me. The verses build upon the same ideas, but we also get a bit of a gallop. The chorus features some melodic vocals, though their quality is debatable. Bruce in general is not as strong on this song, compared to the rest of the album.
The first solo is fine, the rhythm underneath is neat. The second solo transitions to a welcome twin lead section, before going back to the verse and chorus. The outro of the song, being a clean version of the chorus, is a cool oddity. This song was apparently one of the titles Bruce wrote back for SIT. I wonder how much of that version is still found in the version we got. Overall the song gets a 5 from me.
