News Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

They are close to 35k already
If you say so (well, if you consider 29/30k close to 35k then yes).
i believe they could do full capacity
Not a chance in the world. Even Metallica had to wait more than a decade to do that turnout.
Maiden biggest headline show is 69k. Maiden's record in Greece is Rockwave 2018 and it was 40/45k. Even if somehow they could surpass that, there is no way they can do 80k+ there.

It's not being "a negative troll", it's just knowledge of how sales work. Again, nothing wrong with the sales in Athens, which are by far their best for an headline show in the country, but there is no point in saying they could've sell out the entire capacity or that they could do 40/50k. One can easily monitor the sales for Athens.

You seem pretty set in your ways. I know for a fact that sales are close to 35k. As i said before we 'll soon find out who's right :)

I have the numbers from the first day of sales to now, so...

know for a fact that sales are close to 35k
And yet you say that GA is sold out. That alone would be close to 35k. So either you have the wrong info or you assume they haven't sold a single seat.

As i said before we 'll soon find out who's right
Why soon? Tour is starting in more than a month and it will probably take another 2 months at least for the numbers to be published on Pollstar.

I don't care who is right as long as there are more standing (or arena as you call them) tickets available before the show.
There will be. Keep checking.

I heard Eddfest being advertised on Planet Rock today. I can’t recall hearing a Maiden tour being advertised on there before, as the UK shows generally sell out quite quick.

Poor ticket sales?

It's selling poorly indeed but Planet Rock has always talked about Maiden's shows.
Let's not forget that 2018 was the first year when they were able to sell out every date of the UK tour (only a year prior they had a negative record in Sheffield) and that their festival appearances (aside from Knebworth 2010) have never sold out too. Yet, shows have always been talked about/advertised.

GA won't be 35k for that show. I am not the one telling the GA sold out. The promoter and the biggest rock sites in Greece say it. Also you can use your eyes on the show and you won't have to wait for pollstar. That's why i said soon. You seem to want the last word or something so you go ahead. I'll see the gig and post here afterwards.

What do you mean? Weren’t the 1998 and 1992 Monsters of Rock editions sold out?
