Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

Not to mention all of the bad pr they will get if they change the venue/the stadium will be half empty. It's like missing a shot at Wembley.

I already see that some "outsiders" (aka non-metal listeners) are making fun of Maiden on reddit for their poor sales in Milan.
Milan isn`t the only place currently no where near sold out though is it?
Is it performing worse than other venues, Lyon for example.
Why such a fuss around the Milan date versus the other places, even the indoor filmed Paris gig is no where near full .

Because the stadium in Milan is one of the most popular in the world, flopping there is different than flopping in an unknown stadium (from a pr point of view). That being said, Lyon is doing very good, while Paris is more than half full and will be packed in the end, so there is no contest.

I honestly don’t think many will give a shit. It's just one show in Italy.

I'm talking about Italy, of course. But do you know the picture where the crowd for One Direction and Iron Maiden where compared, with the former having such a small crowd? It went viral something like 10 years ago and it's still around. Well, it was taken at San Siro. Hopefully we won't see something similar, although Maiden should deserve it :)

Iron Maiden Italia said the San Siro is over 30k now. I know it's not impressive for the venue, but I hope for 35 - 37 in the end.

Where do you know the figures from?
From the FC, there is a thread by a person who has been tracking numbers for quite a few tours now and generally is accurate enough.
For what it's worth these are the European estimates.

Definitely less than 20k, otherwise they wouldn't be so desperate.
This one could be the first show cancelled due to poor sales in what, 15 years?
I said about the whole tour, almost 50 dates with festivals, and (what we can observe) now the sales are way worse than the management expected, I reckon. A few weeks ago, you said sales in Romania are way bigger than they were last time.

I was reading some of the Rant section on The Iron Maiden Commentary the other night. One of the rants talked about the "over inflated ticket prices." It was from 1998. So price complaints ain't nothin new, it seems. Still, I don't recall bein pissed at prices until the last 5 or 8yrs but mayhap I'm misremembering my life.
