Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

So if ShadowOfTheGods is just looking online (probably very flawed cos Ticketmaster are picks) then how come Nomadd got poor numbers while Shadow got great numbers for the same shows? Explain yourself Nomadd.

As an aside, I really don't give a fuck how well tickets are selling, especially this far out but this thread is insufferable and it would be nice to know how people are coming to their conclusions, bullshit or otherwise.

Nomadd, or whatever name is using now, has an history of claiming that every show not selling out in 2 seconds is selling poorly.
I, on the other hand, I'm less inclined for flop claims and I happen to know how to make a guess on sales

So I say I have the numbers right from the map and you say I get them out of my ass? lol

one more time for those among us "thick in the head"

"there is no way to know how much a gig has sold the way ticketmaster manages sales. They add and remove blocks of tickets to create artificial demand and seeing a section sold out now, does not mean it will be soldout tomorrow. tickets remaining does not mean in general, it means tickets remaining from the ones added."

in other words, numbers on the map are completely unreliable!

No they're not. They would be if one just randomly jump in and take numbers out of context, but that's know what I did. Proof to that, I'm not the only one coming up with a similar number.

Of course you need to understand when and if a section gets trimmed down, but it's so obvious that anybody could see it. For example, right now there are less than 250 GA tickets left, but they still need to add thousands of them. If I remember correctly, they should've sold around 15k of them so far (probably more but I can't check now)

The guy who updates ticket sales on the fanclub has 26k sold for Athens. It's just an educated guess, but he has a very good track record when it comes to monitoring ticket sales.
That's what my source says also. And the promoters are going to give 2-3k more, to sponsors, magazines, websites, radio stations, and their own employees (they do that in every big show in Greece), and thats why i wrote for 30000 till now. With the Anthrax boost and the sales they are gonna do with Christmas and Easter Bonuses, also in the last days before the concert, i think we are going for about 45-50k.There are MANY Greek rock/metal fans who wait for the bonuses to get their summer tickets.Especially in a summer like this, with Metallica-Helloween-Savatage-Deep Purple-Limp Bizkit-Cure-Gorillaz, also having concerts in Athens.

Translation:

At which of the shows?

I think Megadeth will play longer for sure.

Here's how I think the set times will go for the North American amphitheater and arena shows with Megadeth opening:
Megadeth:19:15-20:15(1 hour set)
35 minute set change
Iron Maiden: 20:50-22:55(23:00 curfew)

North American stadiums shows with Anthrax and Megadeth opening:
Anthrax: 18:15-18:55(40 minute set)
20 minute set change
Megadeth: 19:15-20:15(1 hour set)
35 minute set change
Iron Maiden: 20:50-22:55(23:00 curfew)
40 minutes of Anthrax gonna cripple me

Now I'm wondering when they will announce the LATAM leg (for October) and the Rest of the World dates? If they don't announce something until the end of the first week of December, they will do that next year. Probably Iron Maiden will be a headliner of The Good Things Festival series in Australia. If so, the line-up will be revealed next August. The event has taken place in the first week of December since 2018. Honestly, I can't imagine the next arena tour in Oceania, just two years after the last one. IM as the headliner of festival(s) is more probable.

San Antonio pit sold out, still a lot of tickets left to sell.

To an earlier point a lot of us do like to guesstimate ticket sales. To date total LA and NJ sales seem stronger than San Antonio. Yes Ticketb'stard is annoying as seating maps can seem fluid but we can still get a general idea on sales.

At Kissfaq the great Nibbler (rip) was constantly being ridiculed by forum members for his estimates and predictions but seemed to be more right than wrong.

Fingers xx all the dates sell out, curious the road each takes. Up the Irons!

Yea

Its kind of weird that they havent announced LATAM dates.

I see how excited some people are about Anthrax and Megadeth as opening acts but I'm not sure I'll catch them, I may be pre-game drinking during their sets.
I was into them for a brief time in the 80s, I had Peace Sells and Among the Living, but that didn't last. Both bands have had some songs since where I thought the music was good, but the vocals for both bands make it difficult for me to enjoy. Overall I'm really not a metal guy despite how much I love Maiden. I did actually see Anthrax in New York City in 1989 headlining something called the MTV Headbangers Ball Tour.
