Yeah I know that Aces has been Maiden’s opener for years, there are lots of people that don’t want it as the opener (me included believe it or not), I think that it’s time to open with a 90’s song, BQOBD is the perfect opener for me at least. Aces should have been retired before 2022.

He hates it. I went to the Future Past Tour show in Bogota 5 months ago and the weed smokers were a lot, Bruce complained about it, he said that it fucks up his voice.

I always thought Bruce's whole attitude over it was kind of funny, considering Dio apparently used to smoke half a joint to relax his vocal cords before shows and Bruce is of course a bit of a fan of his.

People complain with aces high is about bruce. I think instrumental wise the band is ok (maybe even better now they have simon). Be quick or be dead is more acceptable maybe because bruce's approach is way different, the song does not demand high pitch voice.

Aces High is one of the hardest songs to sing in their entire discography. BQOBD is rather easy, with the exception of the intro scream I suppose.

Neither of the songs is problematic instrumentally.
