I'm not sure whether I want Maiden to be inducted or not. The whole Rock & Roll Hall of Fame bears little to absolutely none significance and familiarity to me whatsoever. Of course, I get that it'd be cool for many fans, especially local fans there, so yeah, why not.

In a way, I guess it'd be very childish behaviour cool if they just sent Eddie there to make some inappropriate gestures and mess around. Oh well.

100% this. Whoever was fronting Iron Maiden from 1995-1998, the band would have had the same problems.
It's also worth pointing out that the dodgy production and creative direction decisions on X Factor and Virtual XI weren't the fault of Blaze.

Valid points. Blaze still was not a good fit for Maiden, though.
