Thanks for the link! Hm, it doesn't sound like something off the AMoLAD session. Well, I'm not into Deep Purple so... I don't know what to think about it. Anyway, I'm not amazed

I listened to it on the speakers with low volume for the first time, but now I tried with earphones. Well, they tried to make AMoLAD sound "raw" in the sense of "live" in the studio, but this sounds even less than raw... Hmm... Just like an amateur recording mastered by a professional producer Everything is harshy. I don't know... Maybe it was done on purpose (for vintage vibe? with weird miking?) or it's a low quality version. Whatever. It's nice to hear something new from Maiden anyway.
What the fuck? This sounds like a demo tape. I just hope this is the pre-remixed version, Bruce mentioned they dug up the 2006 recording and gave it to Kevin for remixing. It would be a good cover if it sounded like something off AMOLAD.
Come on, softies. Nothing wrong with the mix. Perhaps you guys don't like the sound or the little noises the guitars make, but I reckon this is a truly live in the studio, one take recording, and to contain the spontaneous character, Shirley didn't master it or whatever. Just a mix. My 2 cents.
It's a fun little recording, evidently not meant to be taken overly serious - especially when you listen to Bruce doing the Gillan here and there. At least it put a smile on my face. I think this is something that could easily be over-produced, thus taking all the novelty out of it.
