Its got three great songs, one good, and four fillers.  One song doesn't make an album.

Actually, The X Factor stayed in the same place. The "move up" actually just held it in place as NOTB passed it.

So it looks obvious to me. Powerslave still needs to move up more, as does TFF.
And there's still one album below NPFTD, so it's time to support FOTD.
