I'll keep that in mind. Are the Greeks the same way?

I'm not sure if Greeks have a code, but for sure they don't get impressed easily,
and for sure not with the same people like French do.

I mean, both have an enormous culture, but in the case of Greeks this doesn't seem to apply in their every day life.

A French will be impressed with a nice story, a nice  plate /wine, he will be impressed from your culture.
A Greek ?? Well, he'll be impressed if he sees you drive a super car, or plenty of awesome women around you, these kind of things.

What about a Chinese resto hold by a Pole? They didn't even know the names of the dishes.
I remember I went in with my then GF (now wife) and we were out within 2 minutes.

Look, if this was 2 years ago, I could just hop on a flight.  Times have changed, and not for the better.  I need to get my passport, too, but it's just so fucking expensive.  Ugh.
