Overdrive pedal question ( --> overtone boost needed)

Hi everyone,
maybe one of you can help me.
Can someone recommend me an overdrive pedal that boosts the natural overtones of the guitar tone? I am looking for such a component to the texture of my sound, and such a pedal doesn't necessarily have to bring a lot of gain to the sound, a low gain overdrive will easily do it. I have various drives on my board, but nothing that boost the overtones to stack with my other drives yet. Something that brings the tone with an already driven amp at the edge of breakup (with Tube Screamers in front) to finally bloom and sing.

When I read 'adding sparkle' (paraphrased) and pedal "that boosts the natural overtones" (quote) I think modulation rather than more gain. First thought is a Boss MO-2 Multi Overtone.

The problem with boosting overtones is that no overdrive pedal knows if it gets overtones or fundamentals. They are dumb circuits. And boosting high end you can do with EQ, but often really only lead to ice-picky sharp tones. I'm not sure I'm getting exactly what you are after. Is your tone too dark?

I found a good solution now, and thank you. My tone wasn't really too dark, but it was kinda lacking in brilliance and partyly in presence. I tried one thing, and that works super well: Stacking different Overdrives, so now my signal chain is: Guitar into Revv Tilt Boost feeding into Boss Super Overdrive SD-1 feeding into Boss Blues Driver BD-2 into amp. Absolutely wonderful, problem solved!

Ive got one question, im looking for a pedal for a sound like Judas priest distortion, sharp and clean an metallic. But i always see that fat and dark distortion. Maybe someone can help me with a name of a pedial?i will try some configurations with the one i have but its more for effects and othet things and one of them rock and metal. Im looking for something simple

I think I have an idea of what you are after. However, simple often isn't right approcach when it comes to forming your guitar tone, unfortunately. I myself have seven different drives on on my board and I route them in different pedal orders. First of all, I have to say usually it's not the "one drive pedal" that gives you a sound. It took me years and decades to find out that the trick is actually a stacking of various drives (and perhaps boosters or preamp pedals) in a certain order. If there is one pedal that always takes a major role in any kind of routing on my board, it's most often the J. Rockett Rockaway Archer. I find myself using it often combinded with the JHS Overdrive Preamd pedal (which actually is based on the legendary DOD Overdrive Preamp 250) https://jhspedals.info/products/overdrive-preamp infront to it. As a third and last drive in this routing I use the Dumble Blackface OD (British Pedal Company). https://www.britishpedalcompany.com/view-product/bpc-blackface-overdrive-pedal A stacking of those three drives (or lots of other pedals you might wanna experiment with) lead to a lot of options. Each one has it's own functionality in the end result. JHS OD/Preamp: Kinda extra "bite" to the tone, Rockaway Archer: The actual gain stage, topped by the Dumble for some kind of "dimension" to it all. All of that goes into the tube amp (set at the edge of breakup).

Thanks mate but im just amateur i was looking for classic old pedal like boss i think is m2 or something like that. But i remember decades ago listen to friends olaying and they have that kind of metal and sharp sound. I have one pedal but i would say it sounds a bit janick gers or if i change something turns to the fat sound of tony iommi. I havent play for years but if do i want that kind of distortion .
