Official Star Wars Thread

The trailer is coming Friday ... but for some reason only in front of every movie in 30 theaters. 1 is not all that far from me, but I doubt I will make it this weekend.
 
Wasn't there a crappy film in 1999 that nobody wanted to see but still did well at the box office because the Phantom Menace trailer was shown before it?
 
I just watched it on YouTube. The first thing you see in it (though somewhat obscured) is Jar-Jar Binks. :facepalm:
 
Yeah ... I do think the teaser for Episode III (in front of The Incredibles) was really cool as was the Incredibles

 
Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me did a Star Wars fake out in 1999. It's actually a great trailer.
 
My sister is gonna let me know when they get the trailer, and I'll go see whatever movie it is in front of.

I read that every movie is going to have the trailer at whatever theaters were listed.

Oh yea, I remember that. Went to see The Incredibles just for that; both the trailer and movie were awesome.That was a good day.
 
It's fake, check the user comments and even the description of the video itself.

Thank goodness.
 
Yeah .. just saw that. Crap.

Read on another site the real one should be out at 10:15 EST ... about 3 hours from now. Which makes sense as that is when it will start up in theaters
