Hoping for some drama and entertainment tonight. Last few games have been dull. Last fun game I remember was Mexico England. I hope the refs/FIFA don't fuck about though. Let's have it fair, you fucks.

France limped out and Spain have underwhelmed their way to the final. Boring team but I think they will beat whoever they face in the final. Unless FIFA give Lionel a little assistance.
 
Another negative display after scoring the opening goal, what a shame! Had hoped we had left that in the rear view mirror with Southgate's departure but instead we've got another tournament where we bottle it when coming up against an elite side.
 
It's weird. I thought England were the better team in the first half. Argentina were dirty. One yellow card when they should have had about 5, possibly a red for 2 yellows. And then England score. Instantly from the kick off the pattern was set. After the game Tuchel said he went with 5 at the back to deal with the crosses and pressure from Argentina but that pressure came from England immediately sinking back after they scored, I thought.

Who's fault? Manager? Players? All?

An equaliser seemed inevitable. Lionel had way too much time and space. Had they not heard about him? I know he's magic but I would have had a man on his toes, not 5yrds away playing positionally.

England fucked themselves in a way I've seen them do before so I blame the players mostly. If the same shit happens with different managers then I blame the players. Mostly.

Anyway, I hope Lionel lights up the final and lifts the thing. Spain bore me. Messi does not.

3rd place play off could actually be fun, Mbappe and Kane shooting from everywhere to win the fancy slipper, could be a fun watch.

Spain will probably bore us to death and win 3-0 in the important game.
