That's fine, it just mixes thing up a bit to have someone different win. And maybe shakes up the biggest clubs somewhat as well.

They'll be so average next season. I guarantee it.

I feel the same way, too. They'd need to add a lot of players next year to stay competitive. They rode the momentum until the end but the likes of Danny Simpson, Danny Drinkwater and Marc Albrighton won't cut it next year.

Well they'll get a lot of money from winning the league, qualifying for CL and getting that EPL TV money. If they invest it smart, I don't see why they can't at least end up in Top 4 again. Chelsea, Man City and probably Man Utd will all have new coaches next year, Wenger might stay at Arsenal...

It's hard for smaller clubs to maintain. Even if you have the money at the moment and a degree of success, those clubs aren't first choice for the players seeking fame, a near-guarantee of top level football, and of course, a fat pay cheque. Some of them have fairly geographically limited fan bases too. That's why I'm concerned about clubs like Sunderland when they're at risk of relegation, there's always a fear they might never get back up if they go down.

Is it possible? Yes. But let's not forget that they took advantage of the big money clubs' mediocre performance. That doesn't take away anything from the deservedness of the championship but it has implications to consider for the future. Leicester players are in the limelight for the first time in their careers. They're going to be the team to beat next season. That's a massive adjustment. The entire league will look at Leicester and study them intensively.

Another factor is the momentum. Guys like Danny Simpson, Robert Huth, Danny Drinkwater, Marc Albrighton are playing way above their potential right now and that has everything to do with the momentum the team found and managed to ride the entire season. After such a long, difficult journey, these players are more than likely to sustain a huge drop in form. It's inevitable. I don't think this will be the case for guys like Riyad Mahrez, Jamie Vardy and N'Golo Kante -the catalysts for the momentum, basically-. But they'd have to nail their transfers once again when replacing the weaker players in the lineup and that might cause a problem of its own: It might mess up the team's chemistry.

It'll be fun to see how they adjust to going from underdogs to defending champions. It's an uphill battle for sure.

West Ham United is 6th at the moment! If they can keep it up, that would be the best result since 1999 (5th place)!

I forgot to post this here, but Bruce's supporting Leicester on this Premier League (Video from a concert of this tour, be warned)

Between 1:28 and 1:32

Bruce is from the Midlands, he's allowed to have a dig at Leicester.

Anyone else noticed that Adrian is assisted by a cyclops?

Borussia Dortmund's official website confirmed Hummels wants to go to Bayern but Bayern didn't send an official offer yet.

Asshole-ish movie IMO. Sure he came to Dortmund from Bayern, but he's Dortmund's captain now and he also criticized Götze for doing the same thing few years ago.

On the other hand, Bayern will finally get a stable undisputed partner for Boateng in the center of defence. Lahm/Boateng/Hummels/Alaba defence would be one of the strongest in the world, at least on paper.
