Alexis Sanchez have been saving my sorry ass for weeks now in the FPL. Gotta ask him to do the same again today. :D

From Chelsea's website :D

So Diego Lopez has had a few bad games for Milan lately, and supposedly tomorrow he will be benched in favour of Gianluigi Donnarumma who is 16 years old... which is ridiculous considering the whole team's been underperforming and Lopez deserves a chance to rediscover his form after saving the team numerous times last season... Anyway this kid is really tall (1,96m at 16 already!) and talented. He played in the pre-season and saved few penalties, but still... with the inconsistent as fuck defence that Milan has he's gonna have to be at the top of his game and I think it's too much to ask from a 16 year old debutant.

Di Canio, Poyet, Advocaat and now Allardyce. All lost their first game and beat Newcastle in their second game.

He conceded one goal from a free kick due to a deflection, but we won 2-1!

Manchester derby was lame, but OK result for both teams.

I think the first half had good intensity. In the second half City more or less parked the bus, United created a few chances. I'm a little disappointed with this.

Now let's see if Southampton can go to Anfield and repeat what they did at Stamford Bridge earlier this month!

Didn't see any of it. A Sunderland v Newcastle derby is traditionally bad tempered, though, so a red card doesn't surprise me. I heard it was a poor match in general.

The red card wasn't due to any bad temper or anything, it was given because the ref thought Coloccini denied Sunderland a clear goal-scoring opportunity. (In my opinion it was the wrong call - the striker wasn't in control of the ball, the keeper would've got it) but it was OK to ive a penalty.

I usually enjoy watching the Tyne-Wear derby, but today I had to give priority to the relegation battle in Norwegian div 1, where my local club Fredrikstad managed a fortunate 3-3 draw. This result and some other results mean that relegation is now unlikely (but not impossible) before the last day of the season. Heart medication required.

Feyenoord has a good beginning in the competition (again). 2nd on the table, as many points as the leaders, Ajax. Kuijt scored three times today. :okok:

Dirk Kuyt has scored as many league goals this season (10) as Messi (3) and Cristiano Ronaldo (7) combined.

:D

Anyway, rumors surfacing tonight that Mourinho will be sacked if Chelsea doesn't beat Liverpool next week... So I'll have to root for him then. Too early for him to get the sack, would miss all the banter surrounding him :(

Trabzonspor's chairman took the referee of their match hostage in the stadium after he didn't give them a penalty, and didn't let him go until he received a call from Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, whom he says "he'd die for". He also said "If we're gonna go, we're gonna go like men, not like women." and "I wonder if I should go back to my old job". (Old job meaning being the head of a mafia related group)

Brilliant, isn't it?
