Ozzy Sabbath - the first and the best

<3 <3 <3

--- Actually, it's amazing how nearly every song here is multipart - as if Iommi was bursting from overabundance of superb riffs and wanted to put everything there. As an aggresive act of dominance. Or... a vulgar display of power.

Iron Maiden - Journeyman [Death On The Road].... what a song, full of emotions <3 live is even more magic and the electric version is also top-notch (a surprising slide on a guitar, probably done by Adrian)

The electric version barely sounds like Maiden. It's an interesting take, but I'm glad they decided to go acoustic, it really brings the song to life.

It really isn't. IMO, the electric guitars kill the soothing and emotional atmosphere, turning an otherwise great song into a complete mess.

Well, that's my opinion ! I like both versions. But when it is played live, then the song becomes a whole journey....

I like the slide on the guitar in the electric version - that is the only time where Maiden uses this kind of technique ? I think on the Priest's song Flame Thrower, from the new album, also has this kind of a solo.

Adrian also uses a slide on his solo for Death or Glory. I don't think there is one on Flame Thrower, great song though
