Yes, great albums. Vanden Plas is as good as Dream Theater, even better sometimes and not as pompous.

I'm listening to 'The God Thing' right now. I'm into the song #4, "In You I Believe".

And I love Andy Kuntz's voice. In the highest note, his voice looks like to Andre Matos' one. And that recalls me the good times when Andre and Andy were good friends when Andre was still in Angra.

In the end, I'm almost glad wifey talked me out of including this in the Greatest Metal Song Cup nominations.

It's a shame that with a japanese theme like that, they did not composed a song with more asiatic elements. Like taiko and stuff like that...

The same critics can be applied to Iron Maiden on "Senjutsu" (even if the band has tried taiko on the intro of the track)...
