NOW PLAYING

Below is the Lithuanian version of the song. Lyrics deal with the Zombies. In the wake of the fight for the independence this song acquired double meaning...

This Axel's album is pretty special to me. Imo, it's great, also it was released around the time when I got my first job in a tv set factory. I used menacing The Arrival (Intro) as alarm on my stereo system. No very optimistic start of the day...

Bruce Dickinson - Trumpets Of Jericho

I've always viewed this song as not one of my favorites from the album. But when I listen to it with headphones, the riffs connect more. The chorus and pre-chorus are great (love the riff under the chorus), the drumming is interesting and both solos are cool (especially Adrian's). The middle part is effective, but could have been better and more interesting.

- I think this song would have benefited from a guitar harmony, if only for its theme (heavy and melodic is the best approach!). Or if the middle part was calm and with some whispery vocals. That would have been perfect.
