They were very popular here when I was in elementary school; probably one of the most noteworthy Vancouver bands of the ‘70s. Early members included Bryan Adams’ songwriting partner Jim Vallance and Bon Jovi producer Bruce Fairbairn, and they certainly were precursors to that niche. They’re still somewhat active, played not far from here a couple weeks back, with the similar (and superior) April Wine.
