Their "Transylvania" cover is very good, as is After Forever's "The Evil That Men Do" (only Seventh Son cover I actively enjoy, that album's atmosphere and feel is insanely hard to replicate).

I have heard Transylvania before, is indeed a very good cover. Not heard of After Forever but this is sounding pretty good. There was an interesting piano based cover of the same song on one of the recent Kerrang Maiden tribute albums, I forget who it was by.
