While writing my review. A surprisingly "very short" album for this band that had 60 minutes masterpieces before. Circa 48 minutes for 'Humanoid'. When listening for the 3rd time, I have the impression it lasts only 30 minutes. But it's a very good one, with some musical nods to the past, especially 'Metal Heart'.

Stanley Clarke - Journey to Love (1975)

Bassist with the seminal fusion outfit Return to Forever. So lots of funky jazz grooves on this one. The band Primus covered the opener Silly Putty
