Well, I’m gonna commit some blasphemy here by @Magnus’s standards, but I have to say that I liked the 2002 versions of these songs with Ridley on vocals better than the originals:
  • Inequality Street
  • Spinning Jenny
  • Cry Of The Land
  • Another Fine Mess
  • Sins Of Emission
  • The Widdershins Jig
The re-record of “Penny Dreadful” was also pretty close in quality to the Full Shilling Mix version from Oui Avant-Garde A Chance, but I still prefer the latter by a hair.

The Ridley era is definitely a big step down from the Walkyier era overall, but there are a few gems in there:



 
Never heard any of that era will check the videos.

Wasn't interested in checking that era out before as Walkyier's lyrics and delivery are what really appeals to me about Skyclad
