One of the band's classics imo!
Borrows a bit from "Total Eclipse" in the pre-chorus, but not in an egregious way.The solo section is fantastic, especially with the melodic lines twirling around each other at the end! I've always loved this track.

Agree. Everything is great - riff, verses, (pre-) chorus, solo and melodies. A true hidden gem, indeed. Sadly, it has never been played live.Yes, truly a hidden gem!

Somewhere Out In Space is my favorite album of the band both musically and lyrically. Great album cover too.
Edit: the song was originally written as a contribution to Kiske's debut solo album... maybe along with Adrian like the other two songs from this album, who knows.

Although the album cover sucks I think it was not intentional. He takes that pose to say the band when the song must be finish. (Something like Angus Young's jump at the end of a song).
