New tour; only Florida for us in the U.S!!

There's worse places to go in April than Florida :)  might be time for a road trip (and try some Nikko ribs)

Dude that sound so righteous.  A cross the country road trip to see Maiden, and eat at "Rock N' Roll Ribs", Nickos' Rib joint there in Florida.  If no more dates are announced for anyplace West of The Sunshine State, This may just have to  become reality.

Thanks Jason, I had forgotten about Bruce promising to come back last year.
he also promised that they would play ATG <_< also that he wouldn't leave to pursue a solo carrer, that he wouldn't come back to maiden and that FOTD would be a good album

Yah, all true about Bruce.  But the band I think would not let him spew lies about future shows in a public arena if they were not going to show.  Those other 'untruths' were all on him.  He is representing the band when he claims "we'll be back next year" at a sold out arena.  It may be wishful thinking, but leaving L.A. Chicago, New York, the whole country of Canada, out of the Final Frontier tour is a stretch....
Plus, like The great Travis aka Fonzbear said; "Around the world in 66 days."  There are currently 34 shows announced, and a promise of U.K. shows.  How many U.K. shows can there be?  I would think 6.  Maybe 8?  add in a show in Italy and one in France, a couple in Germany, Portugal,  Spain...we are leaving space for 20 shows at least in North America.  This would round out the 2nd leg of the tour.

those other 32 should be U.K. The fact that they havn't toured home soil for this long is rediculous.

32 for the UK is ridiculous, even if they haven't toured here properly for ages. 10 shows (Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Cardiff, London *3 and Dublin) is plenty.

i am not familiar with the U.K so I figured since they played almost 3 months in N.A they could do at least a month of shows

What?  Do you count numbers the same way as everyone else?  The tour lasts 66 days.
How is that possible when the tour covers the months of February through July which is much more than 66 days. I'm counting each show as a day so I'm assuming they'll do a total of 66 shows.

110 of your states are bigger than the entire UK. We really don't need a month of shows :P

February 11-28: 18 days
March 1-31:      31 days  +
April 1-17:        17 days
                        ------------

                        66 days

There you go.

Actually with the July dates, it's more than 66.
Nevermind, the July dates aren't part of the around the world thing and since they don't do Ed Force One on their USA tours, Maiden could add more dates here after the Florida date, but it wouldn't be part of the 66 dates.

I don't think they'll add more shows, but if they did on that first leg it would be in the middle rather than before or after.

All in all, it's still shaping up to be a fairly lengthy tour for them.  70 dates have been scheduled already, vs. 91 for the SBIT and 58 for the AMOLAD tour.

Of course they are adding more shows.  They have already stated that, and they refer to what has been announced as "this leg of the tour"  we are to stay tuned for many more announced shows in the next weeks and months.  Fonzbear, don't worry, the more I look at that gap from mid April to the 30th of June, the more it becomes clear that North America will be represented in there somewhere.  I agree the lads will need a break in there too.
But not 2 and half months worth, in the middle of the tour.  6 weeks of tour in N.A then some weeks of rest, and on to Europe.

I'm not worried. Just hopeful. :) It sure would be nice to see Maiden go back to their golden years and do a 2+ month, 40 city USA tour, but we know that's not going to happen.

 Yup...me too bro...hopeful.
It would only make seance as long as they're in the states on the 17th of April to dabble the right coast, NY, TOR, Mon, Phila., Boston etc then do say..Chicago, Phoenix, LA, Seattle, Vancouver. Not a huge tour, but say 20 shows in N.A. maybe... And of Course Minneapolis/ St Paul!!
