The Los' Village Rime
Big Words

Heard that the first is a Gypsy Kings like tune, with Janick playing castanets instead of guitar and dancing willingly and accordingly during the recordings (it'll be on the making of DVD special edition of the album). The latter is Bruce's rants collected from all these years and it is Maiden's longest song. It's said its complexity and excitement reminds immeadiately the listener of the band's opening guests during the North American summer tour soundscape.

Can't wait to hear this. :okok:

Tracklisting finally announced for the new album

It appears the band have taken up the spirit of Maidenfans users constant shortening of the song titles (AMOLAD, SIT, TETMD etc etc) and had some fun.....

3: A Night Around London (Dickinson/Gers/McBrain 5.23)
4: Caught Under New Times (Harris/Smith 5.58)
5: The War At Tangiers (Murray/Gers/Smith 18.25)
6: For All Righteous Tomatoes (McBrain 0.38)

Excellent! :D

There's not even a release date yet. I'll buy it in my favourite CD store, and will probably get it as early as anyone else.

Same here. Every time I go to my favorite store they have TONS of copies of ANY new release for like the first two months of release.

Given how things are going, the first single will be out only in August - about 3 weeks before the release of The Final Frontier.

But we'll listen to at least one new song on June 9th, anyway. So no need to feel like a headless chicken running around in despair. :P

What things? I'm curious why you think 3 weeks.  :)
