Is there a complete (soundboard) recording of that Bulgaria show out there? All I've found of that quality is the one on YouTube that has only the last 40 minutes of the show.

No, the show was only partially recorded by the local National TV, which also released it on DVD with backstage interviews. They actually failed to properly set up the audio and aired Man on the Edge from the album tapes.
They fixed the problem by the end of the song and could stream the actual show starting from The Edge of Darkness—which is why the audio version does not print MOTE.
