I think his hair actually occult half of his neck. Look more closely.

I would love to get the killers album cover on the upper part of my arm BUT i'm

and

dude the pain is not much at all..yeah it hurts a bit but its not unbearable by any means...and its all worth it if you are getting a tattoo that means something to you...trust me...dont not get a tattoo just cause you're afraid that it might hurt...and as for your arms...hit the gym! i dont know what exactly my first tatoo is going to be ill still got time to think being im only 16.i def. want an iron maiden tatoo i just dont know which one,ive always liked the somewhere in time eddie so maybe that or eddie from live after death...
