According to imdb, it's about an alien disguised as a woman who lures men into her van... but it's not entirely done with actors, they actually lured men into her van and filmed it, only telling them afterwards that it was for a film. That just sounds creepy.

That was a ridiculous scene, Brig, the one you mentioned in the spoilers. Really funny and way too long. And the superbly cheesy line that referred to the scene later in the movie:
