You can look for gameplay videos on YouTube, it looks rather horrible. It's like one of those old arcade shooters with plastic pistols. You can't control any movement, just need to point and click...

The original one I've played very little. Mainly Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, one of my favourite shooters. They don't make games like they used to.
