Gooseberry. 'nuff said. ;)

It is a good wine, to be honest. Let's face it, I aint a wine snob and I rate wine in two simple categories:

- Like it.
- Don't like it.

I trust you.   :)

Oh, and since I left France, people take me for a wine snod,
I'm sorry but the better wine you taste, the more snob you become, no time to explain.

I'm very difficult with the glasses as well; sometimes I prefer not to drink a wine without an appropriate glass.

As you can't take a single malt in a plastic glass, you can not take a good wine in a glass like this :

I've had quite a few Cali wines....mostly Pino Nior and Merlots.... I thot they were fine.  I don't think I ever had a Chardonnay.

Pinot Noir in California ? I was ignoring it
And if they can do Pinot Noir they Definately can do Chardonnay

I have three Painkiller bootlegs. Or two, (Complete Painkiller tour - Both sets, but a couple of tracks are from Ram it Down tour) and Priest live in Denver = three shows.

Perhaps you shouldn't - I have just re-read the label and it was not Heritage Reserve from Cal., it was Heritage Road from SE Australia. :(

That said, I have drunk some decent Cal. Chardonnay.

Australian Chardonnay ? OMG

And : Is your taste feeling that I trust  :)
Chardonnay, for me, is Chardonnay - no mater where it originates. I love 'em all. From the Chabli's to the Grey Fox's.

Chardonnay and especially Pinot Noir can not be developed every where, a matter of parallel, a matter of ground, and clima

Australians... I don't trust them too much, Californians more.... Chileans even better
For the time being the few countries I really trust are all in Europe and they extend from Northern Italy to Southern Germany

Thanks Yax  :)

Dude, stop changing your name so much.  It's hard to keep track.  That's like 4 names in the past two days.  Too much.

And the South Africans? I've had Chardonnay from France, Cal., South Africa, Chile and Oz - and I have no clear favourite. See my rules on good and bad wine for further details. :D
