I like redheads.

I guess a battle where a lot of ships from at least two different sides are featuring

In this case, the last major ship-to-ship battle would have been the Battle of the Surigao Strait, part of the Battle of Leyte Gulf in 1944, when Japanese and American battleships faced each other in a gunnery duel.  The Japanese were retired successfully by the older ships under Oldendorf - several of which had been raised from the bottom of Pearl Harbor.

Ah so lately ? Interesting ...Any chance to see again a Naval Battle like this ??

Long range and/or remote control weapons (such as missiles). That's what changed. There's no need for enemy ships to ever get that close to each other again. And it won't happen by accident, given the eyes in the sky.

A lot has changed since the Second World War, mostly in cruise missile technology. Whoever has the more cruise missiles and aerial superiority wins. That was already obvious in the Second World War, but got shoved down everybody's throats in the Falklands War and then again in that weird battle between American and Iranian forces in the eighties.

Talking of cars, does anyone here play and keep their original CD's in their car? Just curious, that's all.

Every CD I buy is copied to a blank CD - and that it what I have in my car. What if your car got stolen? You'd lose all the CD's as well.

And I have some real rarities that never leave the house.

OK, my house could get burgled, engulfed in flames or trodden on by Godzilla - but there is more chance of my car being stolen.

All true... tho I don't worry about theft too much.  I actually have the keys in my truck and bikes, and only lock the doors to the house when the GF is over.

Star Trek theme music is a great idea!
