Yeah, we have a warm weekend coming.  I'm so very freakin' tired of the cold!!!  I get home at night and just wanna hide on the couch.  I can't wait to wake up to a 60(f)+ day and ride my bike!  Or run outside!!!
 
Nice bike. I'm really going to have to get on one soon. I'll take riding lessons though because I have never ridden a crotch rocket before, other than on the back, and it's been a very long time since I've ridden at all.

For the last month I've been trying to pack on pounds I'm going to start running again next week. And I'm off to Montreal for the weekend so no running or working out this weekend! Cya later!!!!


^^ good job it sucks running in the cold but I find its easier
 
If you're trying to pack on pounds, stop running and jump rope or get on the elliptical machine for cardio to add to your gym time. Slam the protein too. Creatine is OK but that only gives you water weight. Eat like crazy too, but healthy, not too much junk.
