Couldn't accomplish it, so sorry my friend. Like I said.... and maybe someone possibly understood (I just re-read my post I'm not even sure what it says). I was being accosted much too much by people trying to steal my money throughout the streets of Roma. It's the American stink I tell you, .... we're not ALL naive though, not all of us.

all Americans I know are wonderfull people......

it would be genious to have your mission accomplished, but I understand how you could feel ;
stranger in a strange land

the weak point of native English speakers is that they don't speak other languages so they are lost
in countries like Italy that no-one speaks English

I don't speak Italian either, but I can understand it cause when you speak allready 4 languages
it's more easier to get to the point

Thanks my friend; it really has nothing to do with being wonderful however, Americans have just been historically targeted in foriegn lands for things such as this because of the wealth we typically have and because many of us are just dumb enough to fall for schemes such as these. I hold no grudge to those that do it... they are just trying to make easy money in ways that they know have worked before. This time it just screwed up my mission though.  :(

I made a curry for tonight... although now it's finished and still more than four hours to go. Did I make it too early?

its never too early for curry!!

I have about 4 hours till I'm off work, then out to buy some tequila and beer, chips and hot wings!!

From what I tried, it tastes pretty good anyhow. I hope the others will like it.

I even took a photo of it while cooking.

I left work early. I was meant to finish at 18:00, but there was no other bugger there - so I bumped off nearly an hour-and-a-half early. :D

@Perun: What's the meat in it? I don't know if a chicken curry can be cooked then cooled then reheated (as I assume that is what will happen if it's not to be eaten for four hours - or you could be just keeping it hot for the duration, I suppose). But it should be OK.

And is that cans of beer on the cooker?

It's chicken, but no bones. I took the risk and put it in the refrigerator, let's see what happens... I need to cook some rice now, though (I don't think it's strictly necessary, but I promised to do so ).
And that's no beer, but some spices on the cooker. I prefer to do such delicate cooking sober. ;)

I just ordered up a batch of chicken lips-- those are about a quarter pound of breast meat, breaded and baked in a great hot sauce.  These are my favorite 'hot wing'!

I think you screwed cause you weren't enough confident -don't worry there will be some other changes for awesome missions like this  ;)

I know who to eat it - but cooking is not where I'm good with food.

However it went down last night, it did make me hungry for a curry. And I have not had a chicken curry in years - seriously, it's mainly been lamb currys.

if you can appreciate what you eat and make the difference between a descend and a mediocre plate
-which I'm sure you do with wine, then you could also cook one day

Yeah, I think that I have that from you (I'll check).  My dad and I were talking about Buddy Rich, and I showed him some of the stuff you sent me-- he liked it a lot!!
