kebab sandwich would be for me, but here the sandwich is more like the Leebanese bread
but if it happens to be around the place (close to Hilton) where the king of hot-dogs is, I eat 2 in one standing

In that case, when you next make a burger, get hold of some Stilton cheese and put it in with the meat so you get the melted Stilton in the centre of the burger. It gives it a quite an amazing flavour.

Some people melt the Stilton on top of the cooked burger, but I prefer the burger cooked with the Stilton already in the middle.


And Stilton Cheese is the second best cheese known to man. :D
 
I've not tried it with other blue cheeses, but I guess it could work - is there a Canadian equivalent?
 
We had a factory in my home town that made blue cheese, and it was quite good.  I've never tried any in a burger, but that sounds like a good idea!
